Priyal has over 20 years of accounting experience across New Zealand and overseas. He has worked with a wide range of organisations, giving him a solid understanding of how different businesses operate and what practical, reliable accounting support looks like.
He is confident with financial reporting, payroll, GST and FBT, budgeting, reconciliations and modern accounting systems including Xero, MYOB, ACE, iPayroll and Calxa. Priyal is known for clear communication, accuracy and a straightforward, practical approach that makes the numbers easy to understand.
Priyal holds a Master of Business Administration (New Zealand), a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ).

Dedunu began her accounting career at KPMG, building a strong foundation in professional accounting and audit work. She has continued to grow her expertise through roles in New Zealand and overseas, supported by her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), MBA, NZ Accounting Studies (Level 4). She is Xero Certified (Level 2 Professional & Level 1 Associate) and a Xero Payroll Specialist, giving clients confidence that their day-to-day payroll and Xero setup are handled to current best practice.
She’s confident with accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, GST/FBT, bank reconciliations, inventory, and day-to-day systems such as Xero and MYOB. People appreciate her organised approach, attention to detail and friendly, approachable style.

Nawa started his accounting career at Ernst & Young in 2005 and brings 20+ years of experience across New Zealand and overseas. He has worked in financial services, corporate accounting, insurance, construction support, banking, auditing, and group-level finance, giving him a deep understanding of complex accounting environments and what businesses need to stay on top of their numbers.
He’s experienced in financial reporting, regulatory returns, reconciliations, system improvements, budgeting, fixed assets, and modern accounting tools. People appreciate his accuracy, professionalism, and steady, reliable way of working.

Nala brings 20+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, auditing and business leadership across New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Qatar and several international EY assignments. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 2003, progressing to Senior Manager before moving into senior finance roles in manufacturing, transportation and corporate services.
He holds a Master of Applied Management (New Zealand) and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ). He is skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, due diligence, IFRS, internal controls, taxation and strengthening financial systems. He holds a Master of Business Informatics (NZ), MBA, BSc Engineering, and industry-leading certifications including PMP® and Certified ScrumMaster®. Lesly brings strong experience in Agile and Waterfall environments, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects meet scope, time and quality expectations.

Thanuja brings 18+ years of experience in finance, accounting and system improvements across New Zealand and overseas. She began her career at KPMG, building a strong grounding in auditing and financial controls, and later moved into senior finance roles where she supported day-to-day accounting, month-end reporting, budgeting, WIP, CAPEX and cash-flow planning.
She has worked with a range of modern accounting systems including Xero, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Unleashed and other cloud-based tools. Thanuja is known for making processes simpler, improving accuracy and helping teams understand their numbers in a clear, practical way.

Achintha brings 15+ years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting and process improvement across New Zealand, the UK and Sri Lanka. He has worked in manufacturing, shipping, auditing, retail, exports and property development, giving him a strong, practical understanding of how different industries operate day to day.
He holds a Master of Business Informatics (NZ), an MBA (UK) and is an Associate Member of CIMA (UK). Achintha is confident with a wide range of accounting and ERP systems including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and Navision, making him well suited to both operational accounting and system enhancement work.
